About this Organization
Dads Works / Moms Works is a support group and parenting program in Carroll County Maryland that benefits Dads and Moms, and their families. Our focus is to help improve Dad’s and Mom’s relationship with their child and their child’s other parent. We help improve interpersonal relationships through communication and relationship skills, teach parenting skills, teach anger management techniques along with skills to prevent domestic violence.

Programs
Many parents who seek help from Dads Works/Moms Works are separated or divorced. Separate groups are provided for dads and moms thus allowing both parents to learn and seek support in a safe, confidential space.
Psycho-educational programs help both dads and moms build the knowledge and self confidence needed to provide their children with encouragement, support and discipline.
