Carroll Child Care Center serves families of all income levels by offering a healthy environment in which children can discover, learn and grow. Carroll County’s oldest and most credentialed program for the education and care of very young children, ages six weeks and older, takes place at 224 North Center Street, in Westminster, opposite the County government office building. We serve free breakfast, hot lunch and a snack to every child each day. Tuition subsidies are available to qualifying parents. A United Way agency.
