The Mediation Center offers free mediation services to Carroll County residents, businesses and organizations at times and locations convenient to participants. Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process in which neutral mediators help people find a resolution to their conflict. Our mediators are all volunteers who are professionally trained. The Mediation Center also provides conflict resolution trainings.
