Here at THE HIVE, we believe in the power of community to heal and transform lives. Our Mission is to strengthen community-based supports for families impacted by incarceration, addiction, and generational trauma. We offer a range of services including community and jail-based parenting groups diversion programming.

The Mediation Center offers free mediation services to Carroll County residents, businesses and organizations at times and locations convenient to participants. Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process in which neutral mediators help people find a resolution to their conflict. Our mediators are all volunteers who are professionally trained. The Mediation Center also provides conflict resolution trainings.
