The Marriage and Relationship Education Center (MREC) is a nonprofit organization based in Westminster that provides relationship education, classes, and resources to help couples and families in Carroll County and central Maryland build and sustain healthy, lifelong marriages. Founded in 2004, MREC serves engaged couples, newlyweds, and married couples at any stage of their relationship.
